Enjoy being in part of the historic area that is South Carolina's low country experience. From this house you can walk to the library, to church and to the downtown area. Although the town has expanded significantly in recent years, the historic district or 'Old Summerville' still has a small town feel to it while being only 30 to 40 minutes from the enchanting port city of Charleston and the gardens and plantations along the Ashley River.

About the Property

This property was built in the late 70's and is located in historic district of Summerville, SC. It is a small home and ideal for weekly or monthly stay in the Summerville area. Quick access to all shopping and restaurants in Summerville as well as a short drive to Charleston, SC and the beaches of the South Carolina low country.

In 2010 the home was completely rennovated and now has every modern convenience. Exterior make over for the house in 2020.

Hunting on 500 acres for deer, quail and doves may be available upon request and based on seasonal hunting laws.
